Dubbed “Miss Magnolia”, this Spartan beauty is ready to be your new home! It has been lovingly restored and maintained and comes with nearly all original décor and appliances; all appliances work. It has been protected by a tin roof shelter for over a decade. Tires have been covered and not exposed to the sun. The exterior was polished to a mirror shine in 2012. It currently has a patina which many find desirable. Polisher can be included for those who wish to bring it back the shine. 

Step inside and be transported back to the 1950s with beautifully crafted wood paneling and original vintage fixtures. The living area (the observation lounge) features a comfortable seating area with new reproduction upholstery and drapery and built-in bar/vanity and display-storage. Divan couch doubles as a couch by day and bed by night. The kitchen is equipped with all original gas stove and refrigerator, double sink, and original cabinetry. Dinette folds down into a bed. The bedroom includes a cozy double bed with storage underneath and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom features the original shower, macerating toilet, and sink (all working) with original fixtures. Can potentially sleep 4-6 with ample storage throughout. Also included is a reproduction awning. 

These trailers were "park models" designed to hook up directly to utilities and typically did not include holding tanks. Was previously hooked up directly to septic, water and electric and used as a fully functional guesthouse on Protection Island. It has been updated with modern electrical and plumbing to ensure safety and convenience. The tin roof shelter has been dismantled and will be included with the sale at no cost if desired.

1.  One cracked window in the dinette.

2.  There was a minor leak in the bathroom (no damage) that requires repair

3.  Kerosene heater works, but would need cleaning.
