1957 Royal Mansion - $30,000 - SOLD

info:

Beautiful 1957 Spartan Royal Mansion, in excellent condition. This Spartan was parked by the original owners sometime in the 1970's and has been gently used and well-maintained since.
Layout includes living room, dining and kitchen area with large wrap around window at end with original lever windows and drapes. Kitchen/living room partition wall has leaded glass, complemented by a similar mirror feature and cabinet in the kitchen. Kitchen has the original stove and crackle countertops, with an older model, working full-size refrigerator.  Center section has closets with original latching handles and dresser drawers on one side, with a single bed on the other side. Full bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower with a window. Master bedroom located at the far end, with a separate exterior door, basket woven wooden cabinets and additional closet space.  Woodwork is in good condition throughout most of the Spartan, with a few areas of wear and some trim that would benefit from a regluing or new nails. Original light fixtures throughout. Both doors have their original screen doors.
Plumbing has been updated with pex tubing, newer electric hot water heater installed under kitchen sink, unsure if the "Happy Family" propane heater is original.  All original windows are in great shape except the kitchen window, which is currently boarded up and needs to be replaced.

Trailer weighs approx. 7,500lbs and has not moved for at least 45 years (which is largely why it is in such good shape). We will remove skirting, deck and unhook from utilities and sewer upon confirmed purchase.  Buyer will have to facilitate new wheels and road worthiness. The floor, general structure, exterior and trailer tongue are all in good condition.
