This is an 8' X 38' original condition Spartan trailer, in "used"
condition, but very easily restored. Some work to be done will require
panel and cabinet finishing, but it's complete. Has a forced air furnace
(not original), original appliances and plumbing fixtures are in good
condition.

Located in Raton New Mexico (1/2 mile from Interstate 25, exit 450).
Buyer will have to remove the skirting, check on new tires (4) and
unhook from utilities and the sewer line. Last moved in 1978, but it was
in good shape then and rolled well. Bottom is in very good condition.
