Offered for sale is my 1957 Spartan Royal Manor, approximately 35 feet in body length and 8 feet wide.

This trailer belonged to my father and has remained in the same location for more than 20 years, where it was primarily used for storage. After he passed away three years ago, I began cleaning up his estate and researching the trailer. That's when I realized this wasn't just an old trailer—it was a genuine Spartan Aircraft coach that deserves to be preserved.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to undertake a restoration, so I've decided to let it go to someone who will.

This is not a restored trailer, and I want buyers to know exactly what they're getting.

The trailer has been sitting for many years and will require restoration. Please study the photographs carefully.

To help prospective buyers appreciate its potential, I created a series of side-by-side comparison images using the actual photographs of this trailer. Each comparison shows the trailer exactly as it sits today alongside a "Factory Fresh (1957)" rendering based on the same angle and layout. The renderings are simply intended to illustrate what the trailer would have looked like when new—they are not representations of its current condition.

I believe they provide a realistic vision of what can be achieved with a proper restoration.
