1952 Imperial Spartanette VIN number: 140-53-A522 Clear Title Currently
Registered until November '08 This trailer has been my home for more than
18 years,but now it is time to part with it. 40 feet long with redwood
reinforcements for a 1/2 story sleeping loft! This is a park model with
plentyof built in storage. It has been modified over the years. Hardwood
flooring, woodburning stove insert,double stainless kitchen sink, tile
kitchen counter, 90% of the electrical has been redone and newer subflooring
where needed, carpet in backbedroom/office space, will consider including
newer full lenght redwood deck. It currently does not have a bathroom
and it needs a new hot water heater, but it is very liveable. Appliances
included. I am asking $8,500 O.B.O.
