I got the asking price for it of 12,000 dollars very easy. I have granddaughters e-mailing me for their grandfathers (3), people who lived in a trailer just like this one as a kid, and want to live in one again.. Most e-mails request a response ASAP, when can we pick it up, some ask that and don't mention the price.. Like I said, amazing..
